Not only do we manufacture parts based on the OEM specifications, but we have also improved on some of them to help reduce your costs.  Below is our New Two Piece Blade Wheel Design:

The two piece design was created to help reduce the amount of inventory that you are required to keep.  Most plants keep one drive wheel and one idler wheel per slicer on the shelf, just in case one goes bad.  This can add up to over $2,500 in inventory per slicer. 

If you were using the two piece blade wheel you would only need one wheel blank, one idler hub, and one drive hub…saving you over $1,000 in inventory per slicer.  Don’t forget the reduced replacement costs that will add up in the years to come.
