Multi-Pak Bagger

Our Multi-Pak Baggers are designed to package multiple loafs of pre-bagged bread into one bigger bag for club stores like Sam's Club and Costco.

Typically placed directly after a single scoop bagger, like our Servo-65 or BSI-55 baggers.  This bagger is designed to keep up with the fastest baggers on the market.  

Available in multiple styles of layouts designed to fit your plant needs.  From hand fed to inline systems with by-pass mode, we have a layout to fit your needs.

MAchine Capabilities

Requirements
  • Proven run rates of up to 35 dual bags per minute (most units run 25 to 30 dual bags per minute based on single bagger speeds)
  • Optional by-pass mode for when you don't need to double bag
  • Some layouts have re-tracting conveyors to allow access to the bag tables when in double bag mode
  • Capable of putting two or three loafs into a bag
  • Works with a Burford Tyer, a Kwik Lok, our heat sealer, or a WeSeal tape machine  (Rendering above shown with a WeSeal tape machine)
  • Standard 230v or 460v 3ph 60hz (other available upon request)
  • Air supply line of 10cfm @ 90 psi

LAyouts

  • Handing is determined based on the handing of bagger that will feed us and the directions that the tails will point once inside the bigger bag.  Multiple layout options are available.  Please see the diagram below to see the most common.  Then discuss with your BSI sales representative to get a customized layout that fits your needs.
