Part #57015 Uniline Infeed Control
The Uniline Infeed Control features (2) electronic eyes mounted on the free roller infeed conveyor, which monitor
proper loaf orientation. When a disoriented loaf is sensed, it stops the infeed conveyor, allowing the operator to correct the
disorientation, then re-starts automatically. This prevents crippling of the loaf as well as the possible disorientation of other
loaves.
In addition, the Uniline Infeed Control also senses delays in product flow and stops conveyors, thus decreasing unnecessary wear of the conveyors. The length of delay time can be adjusted by the customer, to meet their needs.
