This brake has no mechanical parts and is very simple to adjust. It is a very important safety feature. The brake will stop the blades very quickly as soon as a safety is tripped or a stop button depressed. The brake can mount in the control panel of your Model 60/75 Slicer or can be purchase with a custom enclosure.
