The Automatic Lattice Blow Out Kit provides:
- Automatic Blow Out of the Lattice Mechanism at Preset Intervals
- Manual Blow Out of the Lattice Mechanism at the Push of a Button
Primary components of the kit include a control panel, solenoid valve, air tank, and air manifold bracket.
The control panel incorporates two timers, one timer to activate the intervals between air blasts, the other to time the length of the blast.
Installation is quick and easy! The unit may be wired into the slicer control panel, or simply plugged into an auxiliary 110 volt outlet.
