Our reciprocating slicer has a fixed slice thickness, however, this slice thickness can be adjusted in less than 3 minutes, with and extra frame.
We offer 2 types of reciprocating units, a regular and HD unit, depending on the customer's needs and production rates. Each unit can be connected with semi-automatic and automatic baggers. This slicer is recommended for hard to slice products, which include sticky products, gluten-free breads, raisins, nuts, or fruit.
