The horizontal slicer is capable of slicing rolls, buns, and bagels.

Horizontal Slicers are traditionally built per customer specifications.  We are able to slice buns, rolls, biscuits, cakes, and flat breads.

We have specialty knowledge in slicing frozen and hard to slice products.  Our extensive knowledge in slicing and blade types really gives BSI the edge over many of our competitors.
