Don't throw away your old head rolls!  Bettendorf Stanford can take your old, worn-out head rolls and recover them to a like-new finish.

Each head roll is recovered with a ½” thick Teflon to meet the original specifications.  They can be recovered in white or green Teflon, with either a smooth or fluted surface.  Not only will we recover them with new Teflon, but we will also repair or replace damaged bearing journals and end plates, and resharpen scrapers.

Some of the most common head roll sizes which we recover are 10”, 12”, 14”, 16” and 17” in length.  We can also do custom sizes upon request.


Head roll recovering process:

1. Contact our sales staff for an RGA # to send in your head rolls.
   
2. Upon receipt, head rolls will be inspected.
   
3. A member of our sales staff will then contact you with a quote for recovering and any other necessary repairs needed.
   
4. If you approve the quote, we will begin work on the head rolls.
   
5. Once the head rolls are finished, we will ship them back to you.*

*Head rolls must be shipped out in a specially designed head roll box.  If head rolls are not sent to us in a head roll box, we require that you purchase one before we ship the rollers back to you.  This is to protect the rollers during transit.
