Our 1/2" Lazer blade offers 2 scallops/inch. This is the most common of the scallop pitch specifications due to the maximum scallop depth and well-defined scallop tips. Most beneficial for soft breads due to smooth slice texture.
NOTE: May also be used for firm breads.
